Lori A. Stitt Biography
Hello Buyers & Sellers and Welcome to My Site!
Please allow me to introduce myself. I am an "Oswegonian" born and raised here, I never actually have had another zipcode, someday maybe that will change, but up to now Oswego has worked well for me.
I started my real estate career after my 2nd and last child went off to kindergarten in 1993. My real estate career started fast and furious receiving the Rookie of The Year Award and have never looked back!
Each year I have been in Real Estate I have received awards for closing at least 20 transactions a year and as many as 49. The total amount closed to date is over 55 Million. I have also received The Prestigous Pinnacle Award for many years which I am most proud of because it comes from past buyers and sellers giving me a grade of at least 95% satisfaction.
I pride myself in the communication I maintain with my clients with many of the relationships going from business to friendship's. I have very strong negotiating skills which is something strongly needed in real estate. I have many ways of being able to solve problems that "creep up" from purchase offer to closing, since I have been in real estate so long I pretty much have seen it all!!
I work hard for you to get you into the right home or get your house sold, with all final decisions always being left to my clients, since I don't like pressuring anyone, that is just the way I am. I am also very honest and straight forward which I feel is really a needed attribute in Real Estate. I especially pride myself in the many many referrals I have received over the years which I feel is the best compliment I can get!!!
I have been on many committees for The Oswego County Board of REALTORS®. I currently serve on the Board of Directors and chair the Professional Standards Committee.
If you have a need for a realtor or just have general real estate questions, please do not hesitate to contact me, I am available full time including nights and weekends.
My cell number is (315)952-1604 I am always looking for a new "friendship"
