Connie Ryan Biography

Hello and welcome to my web page on Century 21 Galloway.com!  I have been a full time real estate agent since 1997.  I take great pride in assisting my sellers and buyers in their real estate needs and if you buy a home from me my motto is I want you saying "We love our new home and we love Connie!" 

I have taken the time to obtain three national designations.  The Certified Residential Specialist designation is held by only 4% of the Realtors in the country and is not an easy designation to obtain and is seen by the real estate industry as someone who is serious about their training and their career in real estate.  Please take some time to check out why you should use a CRS at http://www.crs.com/About_CRS/56.  My GRI designation was 90 hours of class room training that was held across New York State helping me to network with other Realtors across the state.  Lastly my SFR designation is training to help with short sales and foreclosures which is important in today's real estate market.  Holding these designations is like having a PhD in real estate!

I have earned several production awards over the years including the Century 21 Ruby (30 units or more) and Century 21 Emerald (40 units or more), the Oswego County Board of Realtors Sliver and Gold awards and have consistently been one of the top producers at Century 21 Galloway Realty.  I have also consistently earned the prestigious Century 21 Pinnacle Quality Service Award which means I must have a 95% or higher rating with my buyer and seller clients at the end of their transaction! 

I have three children, one of whom recently bought a house from me and I live in the city of Oswego.  I have a deep involvement in the community.  I am also very active in the Oswego County Board of Realtors and the New York State Association of Realtors.
