I have been in the Upstate NY Real Estate market going on 10 years. Longevity in this market shows a very successful and experienced agent. I’m an agent that has an overwhelming knowledge of today’s market and at the same time I listen and work very closely with my clients.

I’m a graduate of SUNY Brockport with degrees in Marketing and Communication. I believe this has given me an edge in the real estate market. I have found many different ways to market listed properties in order to get them seen and sold. I try to keep my inventory low by understanding today’s market. I work very closely with my sellers to inform them of the market and how to competitively list their homes to sell. The amount of listings an agent has doesn’t always make them an outstanding agent. How you position, market and then sell a listing in a reasonable amount of time will make a seller happy with your service. As a buyers agent I have gathered ways in finding listings that are specific to a buyers wants and needs. I only send the listings that meet their criteria that they have given me. I never push other listings or even my own listings that would not meet that buyers criteria.
